Future, College, Life, etc.

During the college visit today the lady was telling us about how much freedom we will have. "After all, you will be adults." That stuck in my head. We are going to be adults--we're not going to be teenagers anymore. That never struck me before. We are getting so. old. I'm not looking at college students as old and wise like I've done my whole life. I see them as people like me. It's come. It's a transition stage. I'm really eager for it but it's just so crazy to think about.

The next four years are really going to shape me. I feel so ready to go. I cannot WAIT to meet new people. And study abroad. I am going to learn so much about myself. I am ready to let loose and plunge into this. I'm ready to find out if asian studies is for me or if I do actually end up taking a theater path or if I find something completely different that I never considered before.

I just think about all the little things and get really excited. Like setting up my dorm room and getting to know my roommate and buying a jersey boys poster to hang up and setting my new macbook on my desk.

I am going to be moving out of my house. Hoo freakin' ray.
